Coaching is a gentle non-judgemental intervention. The process is designed to offer a safe space in which to explore feelings, increase self-awareness and determine strategies to develop confidence and increase self-esteem.

The Process


After an initial assessment questionnaire, we will explore opportunities in this new phase of life, address concerns and anxieties and determine satisfying ways in which you can spend your new found time.


During each session (1-2 hrs) I will initiate discussion and debate around your issues and concerns, hopes and expectations. Using a range of exercises, questionnaires and proven NLP techniques, I will help you to identify goals and outcomes and implement a plan of action which will ultimately lead to a happy, purposeful and fulfilling retirement.


My aim is to provide a safe, relaxed and fun-filled experience so insights and lessons learnt are meaningful, worthwhile and lasting.

Working Together We Will:

Identify needs, aspirations, motivations

Determine realistic goals and outcomes

Explore frustrations and obstacles to progress

Develop strategies to manage concerns/anxieties


Create a plan that “fits” for you



Review and refine the plan to ensure personal outcomes are realised.

Throughout your coaching journey I will gently nudge you towards achievement by supporting your efforts, providing honest, constructive feedback and enabling a safe environment for open discussion.
